How’s the water pressure?
The Cleanse Shower Head should increase your water pressure by forcing the water into the microdots, giving you more pressure with less water.

It is designed to fit all standard Malaysian Showers (Shower with hose). If it doesn’t fit, we will pay for return and pick it up from you.
Is it hard to install The Cleanse Shower Head?
Not at all. If you know how to unscrew a bottle cap, this one should be easy-peazy for you. It only takes 10 seconds and no tools required.
How often do I need to change the filters for my Cleanse Shower Head?
The polypropylene (PP) filter lasts between 1 to 3 months, depending on the water quality in your area. We advise changing the filters once the color has turn into dark brown.
As for the chlorine filters, we recommend replacing them every 3 to 4 months.
Why do I need to filter my shower water?
Unfiltered water contains minerals, heavy metals, chlorine and other contaminants, which can cause a variety of issues such as destroying the protective barrier of our skin, as well as making our hair prone to breakage.

I just received it today. It works well too. In spite of its quality, I have 1 question. I noticed there is a open button and stop button on the shower head. What are these for?

I had been viewing this product for quite sometime and having my doubts. But I told myself if I don’t try I wouldn’t know. Furthermore, I live in a condo and so I cannot install an external filter.
I finally bought one. I’m very satisfied with it. I use to feel itchy after my bath… but not anymore. My skin and hair feel much smoother. And also with the freshener, I feel so fresh while taking my bath.
Such a nice shower head that was easy to install and now after 3 weeks of use, has been great. The filter has gotten quite brown, so may need to change it in the next couple of weeks.
